I've been there.
I’m Mollie, founder of Adventuring Within and lead facilitator within the exhale membership.
Since I was a little girl my passion for life and my perfectionist tendancies would couple up to create an absolute storm internally. To the point my overwhelm got a nickname ‘mollie meltdowns’.
I always found it hard to switch off my brain and in turn to sleep, to control my reactions in challenging situations, to slow down, to rest - you name it. Stress fuelled my life and stole my peace. That was until I built a connection to my breath and I realised I could live a big life and also carve time to be fully present with it.
I have spent the last 5 years diving deep and studying the science, the transformation, the power and the autonomy that lies in our breath control. Breathwork has been my doorway to healing, joy, peace and resilience through some of life's most testing times (grief, chronic skin inflammation, abuse, isolation, financial loss + more).
I have no doubt that it is because of the connection I have to my breath and my body that I now feel an unshakeable level of inner peace, resilience, health and joy in my life.
It is my mission now to deliver the knowledge so that this life-changing awareness and toolkit can be yours too.
