Anyone that loves the outdoors, wants to connect with a wholesome community and loves a Sunday hike in nature followed by a pub lunch.

Can you come solo? Absolutely YES.

What's the vibe?

This half day adventure will be a welcome break from technology. I will begin by leading some grounding breathwork and journalling at a gorgeous country pub (in our own private area) before connecting with eachother and heading out on a big old country hike! 

This day has been carefully designed for you to meet like-minded people and remind yourself what life is all about!!!

Post-hike we will return to the English countryside pub for a pub lunch.

You're going to leave feeling recharged by nature, by community and by like-minded adventure lovers. Maybe even with a new best friend or two.
